Skills, Interests, Career Centered
Students learn skills and how things work. Once students have experience with coding, prototyping, and electronics, they can move into beginning robotics. Students select these as approaches to the problem they are solving. The list of approaches continues to grow!
Sustainability
Students learn about the 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development and innovate solutions to real-world problems.
Resourceful
Students use what we have or ideate ways to obtain things they need. Being resourceful fosters creativity and innovation. Learning to be resourceful makes innovation and creativity accessible to students at home. We...
Recycle. Reduce. Reuse.
Accessibility
The electronics, robotics, and programs we use are either FREE or have low price points so students can continue exploring and creating with them at home or we inform them of places they can use the tool. For example, Vista Library has a 3-D printer.
